Ciao! We’re Katia and Federico and we’re excited to welcome you to the medieval village of Sarteano, in the heart of Tuscany. Just one hour from Siena and an hour and a half from Florence, our home offers a cozy corner all for you — a place to feel free while still having the warmth and local knowledge of hosts who truly live here.

A Dream Come True

In 2024, after a year of renovation, our dream came true: opening our home to guests from all over the world. Maya Suite & Garden has been designed with care for those seeking a simple, authentic and welcoming stay, where you can feel at home from the moment you arrive.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a 40 m² suite with a private entrance and garden — perfect for breakfast outside, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet evening. You have the freedom to enjoy your stay your way, knowing we’re always close by for tips, a friendly chat or recommendations on what to see, taste, or do.

• Chianciano Terme (8 km) and its famous thermal centers, Theia Pools and Terme Sensoriali

• Val d’Orcia, with charming villages like Pienza, Monticchiello, Bagno Vignoni, and Montepulciano

• Panicale (30 minutes), one of Italy’s most beautiful villages on Lake Trasimeno

• The Chiusi–Chianciano Terme motorway exit, just 10 minutes away, for visits to Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Cortona, or Arezzo
