The Interior

A 40 sqm open space located on the ground floor, with independent access from the porch, consisting of:

1. a living area with a kitchenette equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, moka coffee maker, single induction hob and fridge
2. a sleeping area with a double bed and memory foam mattress
3. a private en-suite bathroom with a washing machine available for free use

The Garden

A 30 sqm private garden for the exclusive use of guests, furnished to enjoy spring and summer days outdoors.

Pet-Friendly Stay

We are happy to welcome your four-legged friend, because we know they are part of the family. Our pet-friendly property features a large, fully fenced garden where you can safely leave your dog while you are at home.
A fee of Euro 16.00 per stay applies for pets. Please indicate the presence of your animal when booking by selecting the option “A Small Fee for Four-legged Guests". Read the terms and Book Now!

What We’ve Prepared for You

Breakfast is not included; however, upon arrival you will find a complimentary welcome basket. If you are vegan, please let us know at the time of booking and we will prepare a vegan-friendly basket for you.

Free street parking is available right next to the entrance of the house.

The residential area where we live is very quiet. Just 900 meters away you will find a supermarket, a pizzeria, a tobacco shop, a cafe, a local Tuscan products shop, a technology and accessories store and a gas station.
