Maya Suite is a 40-square-meter open-plan space located on the ground floor of Katia and Federico's family home, in a charming and quiet residential area of the medieval village of Sarteano, bordering the Val d'Orcia.
Equipped with independent access from the porch, the Suite is composed of:
- a living area with kitchenette equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, moka pot, single-burner induction hob and fridge
- a sleeping area with a double bed
- a private ensuite bathroom with washing machine
For the exclusive use of guests, a 30 m2 private garden is furnished to enjoy spring and summer days outdoors.
Free street parking just outside.

Winter drying service available on-site upon request for a small fee.
